The delicate nature of cosmetics can result in even the slightest change in air temperature of humidity affecting the finished product. Constantly carrying out stable production of products requires a high degree of technical skill and solid experience. Here at Cosmetec Japan, our engineers are responsible for producing all of our product range, based on their ability to rapidly respond to any situation, and the high degree of proficiency they bring to our operations.

Adoption of latest production system for use with quasi-drugs

Centered around the plant's supply line that is equipped with a clean room facility, the plant is equipped with various systems for improving efficiency and quality, such as the cell method finishing process. This allows our skilled personnel to carry out daily research and development using a production system that can carry out effective production, from large to small lot production.

Cosmetec Japan is proud to be certified in the globally recognised quality assurance certification, ISO9001, covering all aspects of its operations, from procurement to production. This allows us to provide our customers with products that are safe and secure from a global perspective.

Comprehensive Health Management

We pay the utmost attention to the latest health issues at the plant. All personnel wear specialist caps, masks, and protective clothing, and in addition to the expected hand washing and disinfection the plant is also equipped with an air shower facility to remove dirt and debris from our personnel's clothing prior to their entering the plant. These processes are required of all employees prior to their entering the plant.

Visual confirmation of quality

The most effective tool for detecting small debris, dirt, and defects in our products is the human eye. All of the products we supply to our customers have been visually checked and examined individually by our personnel. Here at Cosmetec Japan we believe that the most reliable measure of quality is an individual's ability.
