CASE #01 Company A - a newcomer to cosmetics business

Company A had been operating in a different industry, but they were looking to enter the cosmetics industry as a new business. However, since they were starting out with no knowledge or expertise in cosmetics, they were very unsure of what to do with their product.

COSMETEC JAPAN’s proposal

After careful discussion with Company A, COSMETEC JAPAN proposed a brand for cosmetic products that could use the materials that were the strength of Company A's other business. Since the raw materials themselves were not registered ingredients for cosmetics, COSMETEC JAPAN supported the conversion of raw materials into cosmetic ingredients in cooperation with a raw materials processing company. In terms of planning and development, we provided total support from target setting, selection of items, market development, creation of sales and advertising images, and implementation of study sessions for call center staff. As a result, Company A has successfully launched its cosmetic business.

CASE #02 Company B - looking for formula and ingredients which can make an attractive appeal

Company B was developing a cosmetic brand that leveraged its successful esthetic business. They were struggling with advertising creative and were looking for a partner who could help them clear the hurdles of cosmetics-related laws and regulations and provide attractive creatives.

COSMETEC JAPAN’s proposal

We proposed formula and ingredient which an make an attractive appeal as they asked us. On top of that, using our know-how, we proposed an advertising creatives that would comply with the relevant laws and regulations. As a result, Company B decided to do business with us as their new partner, and they continue to ask us to support the start-up of their new brand.

CASE #03 Company C - Planning to sell high value-added cosmetics in overseas.

Company C is a company that sells high value-added cosmetics in overseas, and they were looking for a cosmetics OEM partner with a factory in Japan that can produce high quality products that can be sold overseas.

COSMETEC JAPAN’s proposal

Based on the know-how accumulated by COSMETEC JAPAN, we provided and supported formula development and exporting of products according to the conditions in the country of sale. In addition, we propose products that meet the needs of local customers while maintaining the concept of existing brands. We have proposed additional items to meet the needs of our customers. After the release of the products, we provided support for the launch of the Japanese stores, and provided a full range of follow-up services. In addition to the above, we have a number of other services for which we are grateful.

Company D's main brand of cosmetics was struggling and their sales department was asked to renew their brand. However, the company's previous brand predecessor was no longer with us and the current manager was struggling to find the best way to renew their brand.

CASE #05 Company E - thinking of a new, dietary supplement business

Company E had been developing high value-added cosmetics both domestically and internationally, and was looking to expand into a dietary supplement business based on its successful cosmetics business.

COSMETEC JAPAN’s proposal

By grasping the trends in Company E's sales channels in Japan and overseas, we were able to offer dietary supplement with high performance to satisfy cosmetic users who are looking for high added value. As a result, they have created a series of hit products as Company E’s wish. They have increased their corporate value as a total beauty care manufacturer with a focus on beauty and health.
